Our global client is looking for a consultant to support their Finance Applications. The consultant will be responsible for the successful delivery of the services around Finance systems, including:- Application Service ownership for Finance applications
- 3rd level support plus ticket resolution including incidents and requests
- Change and release management for specific applications as determined
- Ownership of knowledge objects eg Runbook, for specific applications
- Handover for new applications and solutions
Candidates must have:
- 5+ years of experience in an operational or support position with Microsoft technologies in the Finance area
- Strong project management skills
- ITIL knowledge
- Knowledge of process definition within SAP FI-CO would be an asset
- Good knowledge of Finance area, processes and inter-relationships with other business areas
- Process analysis skills
- Fluent English, some French would be an asset
This is an 8 month contract in the first instance.
