On behalf of a major client in the Pharma industry, Harvey Nash is urgently looking for a Junior Program Assistant for a challenging role in Basel (Switzerland).
Project description
Providing project management support by actively supporting project managers and carrying out project controlling Main Tasks
giving support to the project leader in carrying out projects and sub-projects performing the project related quality and resource management effecting the project controlling and the information of all involved parties checking costs, due dates and risks and in case of deviation informing the project leader/sub-project leader; submitting proposals to correct deviations coordinating and controlling the change and configuration management for the project. The tasks include:
Completion of general administrative tasks (writing correspondence & memos, ask for quotations, organization of meetings, minutes etc.) Prerequisites:
Fluent English language skills compulsory (spoken and written) German skills advantageous (spoken and written) Experience in working with senior stakeholders Location near Basel (Switzerland) is an plus Project details
