Responsibilities:

  • Providing customers with technical support by phone, chat and Email
  • Monitoring system infrastructures
  • Interacting on a daily basis with other support staff, with trading teams etc
  • Paying attention to the client base under the Swiss Secure Zone
  • Troubleshooting
  • Assisting by resolving technical problems

Requirements:

  • Relevant Business/IT education
  • Strong Client focus
  • Outstanding communication skills is a must
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fluency in English, German is a strong plus and any other language skill set is strongly beneficial
  • Interest and understanding of Internet technology and Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT)
  • Understanding of trading environments and markets
