Beschreibung
Responsibilities:
- Providing customers with technical support by phone, chat and Email
- Monitoring system infrastructures
- Interacting on a daily basis with other support staff, with trading teams etc
- Paying attention to the client base under the Swiss Secure Zone
- Troubleshooting
- Assisting by resolving technical problems
Requirements:
- Relevant Business/IT education
- Strong Client focus
- Outstanding communication skills is a must
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English, German is a strong plus and any other language skill set is strongly beneficial
- Interest and understanding of Internet technology and Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT)
- Understanding of trading environments and markets
