On behalf of our client, a global bank based in Zurich, Nicoll Curtin require a eHelp eCommerce Support Analyst to work on-site in Zurich.

The Role:

* Providing customers with professional multi-lingual technical support for a new strategic eCommerce application and various business critical applications by phone, chat and eMail
* Taking ownership of each client issue through root cause and solution
* Monitoring system infrastructures
* Interacting on a daily basis with internal 2nd and 3rd level support staff, with Traders/Sales/Client Relationship teams and with external client technical staff
* Coordinating/escalating to other production support teams and business groups
* Adhering to legal guidelines; paying special attention to the bank's client base under the Swiss Secure Zone

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills, as you have to be able to express yourself effectively in both business terms and technology terms
* Ability to work under pressure
* Fluency in English is a must, German is highly beneficial and additional language skill set is considered a strong plus
* General interest and understanding of Internet technology, as well as understanding of Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT)
* General interest and understanding of trading environments and markets
