We are looking for an administrative person, for a period of approx. 6 months from (latest) 1st of May till 31 st of October 2012, however we are considering to onboard this person already either 1st of March or 1st of April.
Therefore, the earlier the candidate is available, the better.
Who/what like should the person be, we're looking for:
PRIO 1 CRITERIA:
1) 100% working time, with flexibility to stay after hours, if workload is huge. Home office, if needed, only once, max twice a month.
2) Full time presence in core hours (from 9am to 5pm) is required.
3) Both, excellent English and German are MUST. (worst case: Excellent English & German intermediate level)
4) Admin experience/office assistance/Project assistant experience required, minimum 2-3 years. Higher education business related.
5) Very GOOD IT skills. Someone, who not only knows very well Outlook, word, excel, Powerpoint, but has experience with Sharepoint, SAP, LiveMeeting, (all will be in use) etc. as well, AND is a fast learner, does not have problems with IT in general.
6) Pharma experience is of an advantage but not a MUST. However, at least some experience in big, international organization would be important.
7) Enjoys working for an individual as well as for the team. ( The job will be 50% of each. Or even 60% for the team of ca. 30 people, 30% for the Manager and 10% occasionally deputizing is small tasks for other admins in parallel departments]
FURTHER IMPORTANT CRYTERIA:
8) Pro-active person, trouble-shooter, with just-do-it approach, not an I-see-a-problem approach, can organize her/his job on her own, without being micromanaged by the boss.
9) Cool-thinker, fast reacting, smart and quick learner, to-the-point, polite, not panicking and not moaning, obviously good in paper work .

Hourly rate: CHF 40.- per hour
