Job Description
Convergent requires an experienced Systems Integrator/Application DBA to work at one of its tier 1 banking clients located in Switzerland. You will be a Senior Engineer, preferably experienced in working in a Banking/Financial Services environment. You will be capable of taking responsibility for project deliverables/liaising with relevant stakeholders and implementing technical delivery
Required Skills
Expert DBA experience in Oracle
Administration experience- Windows Server 2008
(Including SQL, SQL Tuning, PL/SQL or Transact SQL)
Strong UNIX Shell, basic UNIX commands
Preferred Knowledge/Experience
Application Experience - Oracle OBIEE/ PeopleSoft/Hyperion
IIS, other WEB Servers and WEB technologies
Windows VB and DOS Scripting (.VBA and DOS)
The role requires good communication skills in English. German is a bonus
