Test Manager (Front Office)

Our client in the financial sector seeks a Test Manager with a strong background within a Front Office environment. In combination with technical and managerial abilities, candidates will also be expected to have good, Front Office knowledge.

Working with internal clients, project managers, test analysts and the developer you will need to use your initiative and autonomy to lead the testing of a Java web based CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the project manager and internal clients
  • Writes the test strategy for each of the releases
  • Writes test cases for testing side DI
  • Writes the plan of each of test releases (QC)
  • Ensures that users test cases are written and updated
  • Coordinates the integration testing and Factory Tests
  • Contributes to UATs liaising with the development team (QC - Reporting)
  • Coordinate load testing with the QA team of IT
  • Establishment and monitoring of Quality Gates

Skills:

  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory
  • Swiss B permit minimum.
  • Strong background with the management and organization of the tests
  • Experience working in project management roles.
  • Banking domain knowledge (Front Office)
