eHelp eCommerce Support Analyst (m/f)
Description
The successful candidate will work in the eCommerce customer support center, answering business questions regarding eCommerce applications, monitoring system infrastructure and coordinating with production support teams.
Responsibilities:
- Providing our customers with professional multi-lingual technical support for our new strategic eCommerce application and various business critical applications by phone, chat and eMail
- Taking ownership of each client issue through root cause and solution
- Monitoring system infrastructures
- Interacting on a daily basis with internal 2nd and 3rd level support staff, with Traders/Sales/Client Relationship teams and with external client technical staff
- Coordinating/escalating to other production support teams and business groups
- Adhering to legal guidelines; paying special attention to our client base under the Swiss Secure Zone
- Requirements To be effective in this role, the candidate should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Business or technical apprentice applicants welcome
- Extraordinary Client focus
- Excellent communication skills, as you have to be able to express yourself effectively in both business terms and technology terms
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English is a must, German is highly beneficial and additional language skill set is considered a strong plus
- General interest and understanding of Internet technology, as well as understanding of Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT)
- General interest and understanding of trading environments and markets
Required Experience/Skills:

Project start: March 1st (previous contractor leaving Feb 24th)
Availability: 100%
Duration: Contract until June 20th 2012. possibility to be extend for another 6 months, depending on budget
