Help Desk Analyst needed to work for a global investment bank. You should have 2+ years support desk experience and very strong communication skills. Experience of investment banking is very useful as is an MCP.

In this position your role will be to work within the eCommerce customer support center, providing internal and external stakeholders with technical support via phone and email. You will be interacting on a daily basis with internal 2nd and 3rd level support staff, Traders/Sales/Client Relationship teams and with external client technical staff. You will also be responsible for monitoring system infrastructures, as well as, coordinating and escalating to other production support teams and business groups.

To be successful in this role you should:
-Have excellent communication skills; being able to express yourself in both business and technological terms
-Have Windows Operating Systems experience (including; Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT)
-Understanding of trading environments and markets.
