Location: Zurich Region
SCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSE- Provides End User Support (Desk Side Support) to all of the clients business units at the sites zurich
- Purpose is to backfill leaving employees ASAP until ASC takes over in July or October 2012.
- Two full FTEs are required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS (indicate estimated % of time spent where possible)
- Incident and Service Request Mgmt
- Notebook & desktop PC installation & configuration according to the clients standards
- Purchasing of IT equipment through Ariba
- Small projects
- 2nd level helpdesk at Zurich region
End User Incidents
- Incident Resolution Time
- Incident Response Time
- Incident Customer Satisfaction
Service Request Management
- Resolution Time
- Customer Satisfaction
Workstation Compliance
- Security
- Anti-virus
- Standards
Compliance with ITSS and Corporate policies, standards, and procedures

LANGUAGES
- English (German preferred but not a necessity)
