Currently I am searching for one of my global clients a Senior Program Management Officer to help lead an international program from its Swiss headquarters. The successful candidate must have at least 10 years of program and project management experience gained at international blue chip companies, implemented large-scale strategic change initiatives and worked on the creation of shared service centers. Also required are: minimum one formal qualification in program/project management, eg PMP, PMI, Prince2, ITIL, or MSP; membership in Project Management Institute or Association of Project Management; as well as advanced level skills in using MS Project and MS Office to run a program management office effectively. Program experience related to the transformation of finance, HR or IT processes is a definite plus, so is the knowledge of Master Data and SAP.
