Are you a SAP HR specialist with significant international work experience? We are looking for a consultant to work with our client's HR Application Services Team to support and improve their SAP HR platform.You will be responsible for:
- Providing 2nd and 3rd level of support (Technical & Functional) for the SAP HR Core platform: PA and OM (ECM and TM would be a plus).
- Establishing the root cause of the problems to prevent recurrence, utilising the DMAIC methodologies.
- Improving ways of working in all BAS HR areas: Support, Deployment, Change Management, and Knowledge.
Candidates interested in applying for this contract must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- 10+ years international work experience on global SAP HR support
- Configuration within SAP HR
- Understanding of business processes within SAP HR
- Process Analysis Skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple models that can be more easily understood by other team members
- Fluent English
This is a contract role, the initial contract will be for the duration of 2012. The working language is English.
