For one of our clients in the Banking sector, Swisslinx is looking for an HR Project Manager.
You will be working in the team HR Change within HR Shared Services. In this role you are responsible for HR project and change activities in Switzerland, some of the projects will also have an impact globally. The projects are often related to legal/regulatory changes with a high influence on HR IT matters.
The first project you will work on during six to nine months will be related to staff vetting. This contains mainly policy definition for external staff and implementation globally as well as vendor
evaluation and realization of the vendor mandate.
In order to be considered for this role, you will need the following:
Strong project management skills on a global base
Profound HR experience combined with a good knowledge on staff vetting topics
Good stakeholder management skills to deal with various HR stakeholders as well as with external vendors together with Supply & Demand Management
Good English and German language skills are essential, French or Italian in addition would be an advantage
You are committed, solution oriented and pragmatic with strong delivery skills
You have drive and are well organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage and reduce complexity
Start date is ASAP for a 6 to 9 months contract.
