Description
Our client's Human Resources work closely with the business to recruit and develop the individual talent needed to support their clients' continued success. HR Service Delivery brings together the service delivery aspects of operational activities to employees, line managers and HR partners.
HR leverages multiple delivery channels to provide efficient, effective and high quality HR services across the organization.
Our client is looking for a new colleague as Project Manager for the team HR Change within HR Shared Services.
In this role you are responsible for HR project and change activities in Switzerland, some of the projects will also have an impact globally. The projects are often related to legal/regulatory changes with a high influence on HR IT matters.
The first project you will work on during six to nine months will be related to staff vetting. This contains mainly policy definition for external staff and implementation globally as well as vendor evaluation and realization of the vendor mandate.
Requirements
For this role the following requirements and experience is necessary:
- Strong project management skills on a global base
- Profound HR experience combined with a good knowledge on staff vetting topics
- Good stakeholder management skills to deal with various HR stakeholders as well as with external vendors together with Supply Demand Management
- Good English and German language skills are essential, French or Italian in addition would be an advantage
- You are committed, solution oriented and pragmatic with strong delivery skills
- You have drive and are well organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage and reduce complexity
