Quality manager - CMMI - Banking
Job description
The responsibilities would typically include -
* Execute consulting engagements in "BUILD" space
*Carry out some of the following activities depending on nature of consulting engagement
o Quality Planning for organization and projects
o Good end to end understanding of project execution and driving associated processes.
o Develop the process workflows, procedures, checklists, templates etc
o Perform process training, piloting and handholding
o Mentor practitioners in process execution
o Conduct process QA audits based on customer QMS/industry best practice frameworks like C MMI/SPICE
o Perform metric analysis & reporting
o Participate in assessments to identify Opportunities For Improvement (OFIs) and best practices
*Strong stakeholder management
Following Required experience, knowledge and certification
The candidate should have
* worked in software processes and quality stream
* executed software process consulting assignments
* working knowledge of ISO 9001: 2000 & CMMI®
* knowledge in other frameworks like SPICE®, Malcolm Baldridge, ITIL®, COBIT®, PRINCE 2 desirable
* good knowledge of development & maintenance processes
* good experience of system/software engineering life cycle and project management practices
* exposure to software engineering process tools
* CQM/CSQA/CSTE/PMP certifications
* Six sigma (Green belt, black belt and master black belt) certification desirable
