Elan is seeking a "HR Specialist" to join an international team
Job Description:
To support the team we are currently looking for a HR Specialist with the following tasks:
- Support the salary review and bonus processes
- Support and maintain the job evaluation and salary survey processes
- Support HR teams on the implementation and administration of the Global Mobility programme
- Provide cost analyses for any project linked to Compensation, Benefits or Mobility
- Review benefit provision to ensure that packages are compliant, cost-effective, consistent and competitive
Requirements:
- Experience in Compensation and Benefits including Global Mobility
- Experience in an international environment
- Excellent MS Office skills are mandatory
- Delivery-focused and process-oriented, with attention to detail
- Proven experience working within projects and to project deadlines
- Flexible, motivated, self-organized, strong time management skills
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience in HR
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and German - French beneficial
