We are currently looking for an Unix Aix/Solaris Engineer for Lausanne.
Task Description
Administrative and engineering tasks on Aix/Solaris systems
Required Skills
Administrative tasks:
- Standard UNIX administration tasks regarding management of file systems, users,
Backups, etc.
Specific process tasks: inventories, ticketing tools, etc...Engineering tasks:
- High level OS problems resolution on Aix & Solaris
- Migration/consolidation of old systems on new hardware using advanced technologies on Solaris and VERITAS (containers, ZFS, VERITAS volume management and cluster)
- Installation, configuration & support of VIOS Servers on P7 (P770)
- Good understanding of Scripting
Required Languages
English: good level
French: Fluent
Duration: 4 months to start with (contract will be extended, long term)
