Currently I am searching for one of my global clients a Transformation Manager to oversee the HR business process outsourcing project in their Central European region. The successful candidate must have at least 10 years of HR professional experience gained through global corporations, solid project management skills, as well as first-hand experience managing HR business process outsourcing initiatives. Project language is English. German, French, Italian and or Spanish fluency is a distinctive advantage.
