On behalf of our client, a leader in its respective industry, we are seeking an experienced
Administrative Assistant

This contracting opportunity is scheduled to start in March 2011 and last for 6 months with possible extension.

Our client is looking for a pro active person with a "just - do" approach and an excellent understanding of administrative tasks within a multinational environment. Being able to handle a high workload and have fun working for the individual project manager as well as for a team of people. Affinity to IT and a very good understanding of the MS Office Suite as well as SharePoint, SAP and LiveMeeting will help you being successful in this role.

The ideal candidate can check the boxes on the following skills:
-Experience as Administrative Assistant
-Work experience in a large international company, preferably in the life science sector
-Excellent MS Office Skills
-Very good knowledge of SharePoint, SAP, LiveMeeting and/or similar
-Affinity to IT in general
-Fast learner
-Business related education is an advantage
-Team player
-Excellent English skills, good German is mandatory
