For our client, an international global player, we are currently seeking an E-procurement analyst. This position is based in Basel, Switzerland, and is a contract for 8 months with the option to extend, starting in February/March (negotiable).
You will liaise with stakeholders and IT to identify and analyze business requirements in order to evaluate and design new automated systems and processes according to the global procurement strategy. Due to your technical understanding and architectural skills you will be able to act as an interface between business and IT and drive harmonization of business processes across sites and departments.
You bring to this role:
- Documented experience as Business Analyst or Project Management in a multinational environment
- Sound understanding of procurement processes (E-procurement)
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes is essential
- Strong technical understanding, architectural skills
- Experience in configuration of ARIBA or SAP is a plus
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
