Skill: PMO (Seniorlevel),
Task:
- maintain and enhance the reporting tools (mainly based on MS Excel)
- assist the preparation of the weekly PM presentation decks (ppt)
- maintain and enhance the Project plan (MS Project)
- optimize the information gathering process
- meet the teams on a weekly basis and collect the planned dates and the status of realization
- support and enhance PMO processes
- dynamic and proactive approach
Very good MS Office Skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS-Project)
Language: fluent German
Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Workload: Full time
