Desktop Support, Windows, English and German, Contract, Zurich
On behalf of our client, a private bank in Zuirch, Swisslinx is looking for a Desktop Supporter for a 3 month contract to start as soon as possible.
In this challenging contract role you will take part on a Windows 7 rollout. Your responsibilities will include provision of 1 st and 2 nd level support, troubleshooting, logging and escalation of problems as well as the implementation of software and hardware in a small, highly motivated team of professionals.
The ideal will candidate will have extensive experience providing first and second level support, solid knowledge of Windows 7. You will also an excellent oral communicator and demonstrate an ability to work under pressure.
Applicants should speak strong English and ideally German.
