Development Engineer (Mechanical Analysis)
Your Job
Perform finite element analyses of pump structures
Evaluate stresses according to Pressure vessel Standards such as ASME VIII or EN13445
Drive our internal standards for calculation result evaluation and modelling methods
Develop and validate new methods and programs in close cooperation with all groups
Adhere to company and department policies, procedures and standards
Support and cooperate in the ISO 9001 quality management system
Your Profile
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing. ETH or FH)
Finite element analysis experience, preferably with ANSYS
Knowledge of Pressure Vessel Codes eg ASME or EN13445
Engineering background in statics and dynamics
Knowledge of mechanics and strength of materials
Excellent computer skills (MS Windows and Office)
Good English knowledge
