Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen sehr erfahrenen Software Test Manager wie folgt:

Hauptaufgaben (English):
Define the testing approach for a component based software framework for different test levels to respect different consumer projects quality needs
Envision and define test environment for test automation
Define Quality Gates with consumer projects and other platforms
Evaluate quality and health of the software framework, communicate results to consumer projects provide ‘Release Recommendations’.
Continuous improvements of testing processes and test automation in strong cooperation with Software Project Lead
Team leadership for a multicultural team of up to ten people
Creating, reviewing and maintaining all V&V deliverables (test strategy, test concept, test plan, test reports, test cases, etc.)
Definition of reporting structure and escalation paths
Trainings in testing strategies, concepts and different test levels and related activities
Working together with other Test Managers to define and improve the test strategy and methodologies
Reporting to Project Lead

Anforderungen:
University degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering or similar scientific subject; or a comparative academic background and/or experience
At least 3-5 years experience as Test manager and/or technical lead in test automation on integration testing or unit testing level.
At least 3-5 years’ experience working in module testing and test automation of a component based software product and/or software development in a QA context (C#.NET)
Expert knowledge of quality assurance of component based software products
Excellent understanding of unit integration testing concepts, testing with databases in the background, testing with WCF Services (distributed processes)
Good understanding of automated testing with MSTest
Good understanding of version management systems (TFS)
Ability to self-organize and willingness to take initiative
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good understanding of Scrum
