On behalf of our client, a global bank based in Zurich, Nicoll Curtin require a Business Analyst with experience in developing Data Access Control concepts for a 6 month contract position. The bank want to establish a global cross-divisional view on client performance covering all relevant business dimensions and hierarchies. To cover Legal & Compliance requirements, the bank needs to analyse and specify the requirements for data access across divisions and locations. ideally, the successful candidate will have strong experience in the areas of client information data and client data confidentiality.
The role:
Client Data Confidentiality/Data Access Control
. Developing conceptual designs and writing business requirements and business specifications for Cross
Divisional and Cross Border Data Access Control
. Support IT colleagues during implementation
. Define test use cases and run the tests in close cooperation with location representatives and IT
. Providing Client Data Confidentiality (CDC) relevant information from sourced Financials and integrating this into the data set.
. Building up the CDC rule set and implementing it into the static data maintenance solution.
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills, proven track record in business requirements analysis and specification writing for projects in a financial industry/banking. Preferably within Wealth Management. Due to the nature of the project, the successful candidate will have to have experience in client information data and client data confidentiality as well as:
. Experience in developing Data Access Control concepts within legally complex environments
. Strong client static data background
. Business process management background
. Project management skills in a financial/banking industry
. Ability to work in a global environment with complex banking background requiring an equally complex solution
. Ability to co-ordinate diverse client, user and IT teams, also across Divisions and locations, to achieve deliverables agreed upon within set deadlines.
. Ability to write specifications in English. Project language is German and English
