HR Assistant
Our client is urgently looking for a HR Admin Assistant for a 6 month contract based in Zurich.
Activities
. Clerical support for personnel administration, entrances and exits, creating certificates, etc.
. Coordination with the compensation fund and pension fund
. Coordination with agencies and authorities and personnel insurance
. Support the monthly salary run
. Support employees and managers in HR issues
. Support for projects and events in close cooperation with the Talent Manager Switzerland
Requirements
. Minimum. 2 years experience in Personnel Administration
. Experience in the Swiss Labour and Social Security Law
. Very good knowledge of German and English (oral and written)
. Enjoy a multicultural and dynamic environment
. Precise and careful way of working
. Open, robust and assertive personality
. Very good user knowledge of MS Office Tools
