Uniface Analyst/Programmer - Finance - Zurich
Working within a small IT team developing and maintaining front to back infrastructure for Banknotes and Precious Metals. This system is mainly developed in Uniface with some 3GL interfaces.

- 3rd level support.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in a development & analytical role
- Experience with Uniface version 9 Development & Architecture (Client Server, N-Tier, Web Deployment)
- Compuware License Manager (DLM) know-how
- Good understanding of Relational Databases and design models. Sybase and or Oracle skills are desirable
- Strong SQL (Performance/Tuning skills and or Database Design skills desirable)
- UNIX. Shell Programming, Session Environment Configuration, File Transfer Protocols
Java skills would be desirable - Ability to discuss requirements with business users or technical support staff
- Analytical skills, ability to design a solution for a requirement
- Provide technical support and assistance to the business or support groups when necessary
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and desirably German
