Zielvorgabe / Objective:
Leading a software sub team in a software development project. Responsible for the
design, implementation, maturity steps, integration and testing of software projects and
solutions developed in an interdisciplinary team. Leading, planning, monitoring and
reporting of sub-project with the interface to other disciplines across multiple locations
and other software teams (IT, Quality / Regulatory, internal customers (LSB or PB))
required for a solution.
Aufgabenbereich / Tasks:
Estimation and planning of a software project and required resources for the software
project.
Leading the design and implementation of computer software according to the company’s
development processes in a team. Guidance and construction of design documentation
required by the development processes. Managing of a software project for liquidhandling
and robotic or a software project as part of a liquidhandling and / or robotic solution.
Managing the implementation and execution of unit test and support of systemtest,
technical writing and software training.
Work in project teams with engineers of other skill groups to develop solutions for the BU
LR. Manage and coordinate external resources and other disciplines required in a project
or necessary for a successful design and development of a liquidhandling and robotic
solution.
Verantwortlichkeiten / Responsibilities
Responsible for the quality of his own work and the output of the team.
Responsible for the planning and monitoring of a software projects and the achievement
of the overall project goals.
Responsible for compliance with Tecan guidelines and processes of the produced output
of the team.
Responsible for the integration of the developed software solution or component into the
solution.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of Tools, Methods with the Skillgroup leader.
As a software project leader, the employee reports to the Head of Project Leaders.
Anforderungen / Requirements:
Must:
- Technical degree, ( preferably computer science, mechanical, electrical or software engineering )
- Profound knowledge in object oriented programming (eg. C#, WPF, .NET)
- 5 years development of commercial software components in a team
- Lead a software development project in a regulated environment , incl. testing and documentation
Nice to have:
- Robotik-, Automations- und Handlingserfahrung
