Job: IT 3rd level Support Specialist
Purpose:
Our client is looking for an IT Support Specialist in order to assume the following responsibilities:
- Fix incidents
- Maintain a stock of PCs ready to be rolled out to new starters and up to date
- Manage patching and cabling
- Coach and train users
Profile:
- Strong skills on IT Support
- Strong skills on Windows, Active Directory or Exchange
- Hold a MCSA, ITIL and MCSE Certification
- Good experience in Citrix/Cisco
- Good skills in Security (Firewalls, anti-virus)
- Excellent technical skills
- Strong command on problem solving
- Excellent communication skills and presentation
- Languages: English and French mandatory
