On behalf of our client, an international global player, we are currently seeking an experienced Change & Communication Manager. This position is based in Basel, Switzerland and is a contract until the end of 2012 with possible extension, starting ASAP.
As part of an international team you will develop and execute change and communication management activities. You will liaise with stakeholders in order to identify and maintain communication channels and will work closely with different project and program managers throughout the organization in order to create change and communication management plans and specific key messages for each project.
You bring to this role:
- Documented experience in Change & Communication Management in a cross-functional environment is essential
- Familiar with change management methodologies and tools
- Experience in business transformation projects
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate on all levels
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, excellent relationship management
- Very good oral and written communication skills in English
