Role:
oActive Directory management knowledge (required)
o Proven ability to manage different objects within Active Directory
o Experience in the use of Active Directory management tools helpful
o 3+ years of proven Active Directory experience
o Experience supporting/troubleshooting an Active Directory infrastructure (required)
o Experience with Wintel operations
o Windows XP, Windows server
o WINS
o DFS
o Past experience providing customer support in Enterprise environment
o Use of support ticketing tools (not required but helpful)
o Documentation skills
o Proven ability to follow work instructions and Standard Operating Policies
o Ability to write documentation
o Understanding of Compliance, GxP and SOX
o Scripting background (not required, but helpful)
o Powershell
o VBScript MSOnline/BPOS experience (not required, but helpful)
o Previous experience in an Enterprise environment/infrastructure
o Ability to work flexible hours

German and English
