Job: Application Support Analyst
Purpose
Our client is looking for a Application Support Analyst in order to assume following responsibilities:
- Install and maintain hardware and software
- Analyse end-users requirements and provide quick solutions
- Provide level 2 supports on trading applications
- Manage related incidents and communication during its resolution
- Participate into business requirements and documentation
Profile:
- 2 years experience minimum in financial application support required
- Knowledge in Scripting languages is a plus
- Must be experimented in PL/SQL
- Fluent in English mandatory
- Must be available quickly and already established on Geneva
