Performing operations on various technical platforms in the areas of Middleware
Main Skills
Installation, generation, modification, integration, testing and release of new operating, universal and standard software (Release management) Evaluation of hardware, operating systems, standard packages, communication applications and universal applications.. Creation of procedures, escalation processes and rules for handling exceptional situations (Recovery/Restart). Carry out complex reconstruction and recovery processes (Recovery/Restart) Investigation and correction of system level problems. Definition and/or creation of system security policies, checklists, change and problem management procedures as well as procedures for backup and data security. Develop concepts for tuning or performance management and identification and removal of error states on hardware, software and communication components.
