Responsibility:
As Test Manager, you are responsible for the following roles:
-Define the testing approach and test environment
-Test Quality Management
-Team leadership for a multicultural team of up to ten people
-Creating, defining, reviewing and maintaining all test strategy, test concept, test plan, test reports, test cases, etc.
-Development and realization of Training
-Working together with other Test Managers, Software Project Leader and communicate with other project stakeholder
Profile:
-Experience as Test manager and/or technical lead in test automation on integration testing or unit testing level
-You have wide experience in a number of following:
C# (expert level)
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 (expert level)
HP Quality Center (expert level)
Scrum (good understanding)
Silverlight 4.0 (good understanding)
Testing with WCF Services (good understanding)
MS Test (good understanding)
MS Visio (good understanding)
Version management system (TFS) (good understanding)
Language:
-Excellent English skills, German skills beneficial
