Web Content Analyst/Publisher - Geneva (CMS, Intranet, CQ5)
Opportunity to work with major international humanitarian organisation in Geneva managing their Internet publishing. This organisation helps millions of vulnerable people each year worldwide, and need someone to help them manage their content of their Intranet.
Your tasks:
- Perform daily Intranet publishing tasks using the WCMS (Day Communique),
- Implementation of new Intranet areas,
- QA publication requests from Authors,
- Support Authors on the use of WCMS,
- Advise Content Owners on the organization of their Intranet area,
- Liaise with the business, and manage the Content Approval Matrix
- User management of Intranet accounts,
- Participate in the WCMS (CQ5) Upgrade project, ie testing coordination, content migration and quality assurance
- Assist with other Intranet related tasks, as required, eg video conversion for posting
