For my banking client an International organisation based in Basel, Switzerland I am looking for a
Floor Walker Technician:
This is a customer facing role (please add your picture to CV)
Requires English Language Skills
Medium technical skills required in Windows 7 and Office 2010
What you require to do:
- assist users with initial questions regarding missing apps,
- Configuring settings
- Restoring personal data
- installing drivers
- Raising technical windows/application errors and problems to the client engineer
- Advises the user on where to request non - rollout related extra IT services
Location: Basel, Switzerland (need to be available for a face to face interview in CH)
Duration: April 2012 - September 2012
Paid Hourly
Language: English written and spoken a must.
