For our client we are currently looking for a Service Desk Support in Basel, Switzerland.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 1 year+ with a possibility to get an extension
Location: Basel
Description:
- Provide first, second and third level support for one or more business processes and/or technology systems in a large-scale business enterprise environment.
- Demonstrates commitment and ingenuity in expert application of available facilities to non-standard situations, diagnosing underlying causes of difficulties, and devising solutions to ensure that the effect on operations is minimized.
- Regularly monitors the incident, status and speed of resolution of inquiries and problems; is pro-active in devising improvements and recommending changes to systems, products or services.
- Will join a team supporting Tools - from ticketing tool to document management system.
- user registration, job monitoring, application testing, first level support, 3rd party contact in case of issues, communication to end users.
- global Tools support.
Required:
- Hands on experience in planning and testing
- Hands on experience with Sharepoint and MS Office
- Good soft and communication skills, English is mandatory
