Service Desk/Supporter, Contract, Basel Switzerland. For our client, a leading institution in their market, Swisslinx is now seeking a Service Desk agent to provide 1st and 2nd level support.
Junior Service Desk/Supporter, Contract, Basel Switzerland
In this contract position you will provide first and second level support for one or more business processes and technology systems in a large-scale environment. The activities of the department you will be working in primarily revolve around the support of tools for SAP Organizations on a global level and for cross divisional organizations. The scope is to handle operational activities such as user registration, job monitoring and application testing. Furthermore you will be responsible for the coordination with various technical parties for maintenance and developments, as well as with various internal stakeholders. Administration and Documentation are additional points under your responsibility.
In order to be considered for this position you will have/demonstrate the following:
- Experience in handling non-standard situations/Incident Management
- Understanding of processes and requirements
- Experience with problem analysis
- Sharepoint
- Proactive way to work (improving status quo and recommending changes)
- Fluent English
- Good communication
As you will be working in an international environment, solid English skills both written and oral are mandatory.
