SAP Basis Consultant Contract, 6 months, German Speaking, ECC 6.0, SAP Solution Manager, Job Management Tools, JAVA, SAP Basis, Netweaver, ABAP, NW 7.0My prestigious client is seeking a GERMAN SPEAKING SAP Basis Consultant to join their dynamic team and high profile SAP project in Switzerland.
You will be responsible for the installation and upgrade of all SAP systems within the SAP Competency Centre utilising SAP Solution Manager and Job Management tools.
Your responsibilities will include:
o Carrying out the implementation of system and client copies
o Performing analysis and optimization, strategies and implementation of backup and recovery strategies
o Providing advice and support of the departments in process and system issues to the maintenance and monitoring of current SAP systems
o Involvement in the methodological development of business and IT concepts, including the implementation.
o Utilising SAP Solution Manager and Job Management tools to successfully monitor and maintain all SAP systems
Your profile:
o Excellent exposure to SAP ECC 6.0 and NW 7.0 (ABAP and Java)
o Strong exposure to utilising SAP Solution Manager and other Job Management tools to monitor SAP systems
o Strong technical background with knowledge of Oracle and MSSQL, exposure to installation and administration of Linux and Windows systems
o Interface knowledge (eg IDOC, ALE),
o Strong Knowledge of ABAP
o Excellent SAP Basis/Netweaver platform
o Fluent in GERMAN and ENGLISH both written and verbally
