HR Recruiter Specialist
Our client is looking for an ambitious professional HR Recruiter Specialist, eager to face a challenging and fast growing environment for a contract role based in Zurich.
Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the European HR Manager, you will be in charge of the whole recruiting process:
*Job posting, resumes collections and screening
*Arranging and managing the HR Interviews, including the support to the product line managers in the interview arrangement and in the candidate evaluations
*Feedback collection, offer phase and internal approval process management
*Coordinate with HR team members internally
Requirements:
*HR related education (FA Personalfachfrau)
*At least 2 years working experience in similar position
*Fluent in German and English, Swiss German is appreciated
*Good communication and relationship management skills
*Strong organizational skills
*Ability to work under pressure
*Flexibility and willingness to face challenges
