We offer:
* Support for the CFO and the General Counsel and their respective leadership teams on their internal communications globally
* Proactive, practical and strategic communications counsel to senior members of the CFO and General Counsel divisions
* Creation and execution of organizational and executive communications, including management memos, speeches and feature stories
* Coordination and oversight of daily news flow, ensuring that is aligned with internal stakeholders, external communications and the distribution of e mails
* Events management, including the organization and support of global town halls, audio conferences and Web casts
* Management of the divisions' respective Intranet pages and divisional newsletters
* Development and implementation of new internal communications tools and processes
* Communications support to drive change management initiatives
* Production of internal videos and other multimedia materials
You offer:
* Demonstrated ability to work with top management effectively
* Excellent oral and written skills in English
* University bachelors degree
* A minimum of five years experience in corporate communications in a global organization
* International experience, working with people in other regions, ideally working in a Matrix organization * Proactive leadership skills and the ability to work independently
* Clear understanding of online tools
* Strong client focus with an keen attention to details
* Proven track record of juggling various priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high pressure atmosphere
* A collaborative spirit and willingness to get the job done right the first time
