Senior Recruiter

Our client is a leading provider of global IT and business process outsourcing services. Focused on delivering strategic information technology solutions that address the complex business needs of its clients, our client uses its own on-site/offshore outsourcing model to provide applications management, development, integration, and reengineering; infrastructure management; business process outsourcing; and numerous related services, such as enterprise consulting, technology architecture, program management, and change management.

This is a role which covers all aspects of the recruitment cycle from building relationships with hiring managers, taking detailed briefs, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting interviews and finding the most appropriate recruitment methods. This is a role in a constantly changing and fast-paced organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Recruitment Switzerland, as part of a dedicated team of Recruiters both on and offshore, you will work closely with the business to provide a proactive and professional resourcing service, ensuring that the organisation attracts the highest quality talent in the industry.

You will be accountable for:
* Working closely with the European business to identify live vacancies, and to take accurate candidate specifications.
* Advising the BU the best recruitment practices for their roles
* Actively sourcing and screening direct candidates against both live and pipeline vacancies through various methods including referrals and recruitment fairs.
* Working with Recruitment agencies to establish strong working relationships and source candidates.
* Screening the Candidate's CV against specs
* Conduct interviews with candidates and submitting them to the Hiring Managers
* Arranging Interviews and collating feedback to both Candidates and Hiring Managers
* Offer management and submission
* Advertising vacancies on job boards
* Championing proactive recruitment methods and sharing best practise with the team
* Ensuring high quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle
* Owning projects as required
* Creation and development of recruitment brand to become employer of choice
* 6-10 years recruitment experience

Verbal and written English is essential and German is a plus for this role.
Previous ITO/BPO exposure desirable.
You will ideally have In-house IT recruitment experience in a Recruitment Specialist role or similar relevant experience
You must have strong relationship management and communication skills.
