Contract: Business Analyst (w/m)

Tasks:
• Review the processes in the current product marketing collateral production
Automate production processes where easily possible
• Analyse tools e.g. in other business units and assess whether they can be leveraged for our
purpose
• Work with the business owners & IT to simplify production processes together with stakeholders to improve efficiency
• Assess opportunities for outsourcing; work with stakeholders to implement outsourcing where the case can be made
• Define the business requirements / create the specifications for further tools for automatisation to be implemented by IT at a later point of time
• Manage the transition from the current (manual) set-up to a partially automated set-up
• The project intents to transform our business from the current set-up towards a more automated & (resource) efficient set-up (processes, workflow, tools, etc.), while ensuring that our clients continue to be serviced well in the transition period
Skills required:
• Business Analyst / strong IT & consulting skills, strong communication skills, good knowledge
about IT platform and about the fund business
• Production skills to actually support the production of material in managing the transition period
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate efficiently with various profiles
• On-site presence required – also in Basel
Start: asap
Duation: 6 month /+ Verlängerung
