Global Pharmaceutical Cient currently have a high profile contract vacancy for an experienced Change and Transition Manager.Manufacturing over 20 vaccines we are looking for an experienced Change Manager with a Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical background who have previously led a major Change Programme within the Pharmacuetical industry. This is an exciting contract opportunity to look at the business work streams across 4 locations based in Europe - looking at manufacturing, processes, QC network, education/training programs & redeployment - providing guidance/advice and proposing changes and tools to use on this transition programme.
Job Purpose:
To lead the Change and Transition Management Workstream by implementing change and transition management activities that minimize the impact of change on performance & to ensure that the changes implemented are sustainable. To provide support to project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
Major Activities :
. Develop & maintain the program communication plan & provide support to workstreams in ensuring that communication plans are integrated into their workstreams & are consistent with the program communication plan.
. To work with workstream leads
. In driving change management activities related to the implementation of new/revised processes or organisational change
. In ensuring that Education & Training programs are established & maintained during sustain & that knowledge transfer activities are in place &effective.
.In providing support for redeployment programs supporting talent and knowledge retention
. Develops standards for process maps and implement a process where they are used and maintained to support Business Processes Integration and changes to BP`s
. Facilitate full adoption of Data Governance.
. Facilitates Business Process Owner forum and the Links with IT and the Management Review meeting.
. Monitors & reports progress on change and transition management activities.
. Continuous improvement in business performance parameters and operational KPIs.
. Audit and inspection performance demonstrating a properly defined and well executed program
Education :
. Bachelors Degree in Scientific discipline
- Education and training: Graduate in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology or another related science
- At least 15 years experience management experience in a regulated industry; good experience or project management and business process improvements as well as experience in working with global teams
- Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy and persuasion, used in obtaining cooperation and consensus with colleagues, vendors and customers.

-Fluent in English -Must be willing to travel 25%
