For our client, a market leader Pharmaceuticals in Basel we are looking urgently for a
Global Event Manager (GEM) - GPS
For an initial short term contract to manage the non-Life Science elements of events, managing supplier relationships. The successful candidate will have experience of the general coordination and high quality events, including budgetary responsibility.
Responsibilities
Full life cycle management of events
Co-ordination with external third parties, such as suppliers, sponsors, hosts etc.
Internal and external communication and coordination
Budget management
Briefing and presenting to relevant business teams
Skills
Strong project management, coordination and leadership skills.
Experience managing multiple parties, coordinating departments and managing external customers and vendors.
Experience in managing corporate events such as exhibitions and conferences.
Previous experience of the Life Science/Pharmaceutical industry a plus.
