For our client, a dynamic and multinational company in the aviation supply industry, in the area of Zürich, Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:

Project Manager – HRIM project (contract )

Key requirement:

Project Management experience is a must for this role. However, candidates will only be considered if they have experience with project management and HR, ideally HRIS. Business Analyst experience is also a plus.



Responsibilities:
•Day to day operational management for all aspects covering the global HRIM project kick off, set up and implementation plan within the group
•Role will support and function as primary point of contact for the development and management of an HRIM consolidation database/ system
•Translate business requirements and provide clear direction to all stakeholders involved in this project. Create & track project plans
•Prepare & distribute presentations to the project steering group and quickly & accurately revise material based on their feedback
•Manage the project SharePoint site which will serve as the central repository for all documents
•Manage all meeting logistics relating to HRIM project implementation including space, scheduling, agendas, facilitation, material & minutes



Required education and experience:
•University level studies or equivalent education in the area of Business or Management, or Computer Information Systems
•5+ years of project management experience (preferably in a large multi-national organisation) The ideal candidate must possess superb project management skills
•Thorough understanding of HCM-related functions & life cycles
•Minumum 3+ years of HR experience
•Understanding of HR implementations, systems and technologies and experience working on HRIS projects, with implementation experience
•Sense of initiative, able to work independently with excellent follow through and organisational skills
•Hands-on and practical approach
•Strong analytical, Excel & PowerPoint skills
•MS Project or Visio a plus
•Good balance between firmness and diplomacy
•Organized and structured
•Ability to respond to simultaneous requests and manage stress effectively
•Demonstrates the ability to develop and recommend ideas, approaches or methods that support the HR function or company as a whole
•Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
•Fluent English
•May be some international travel required for the role
