OnSite Engineers (OSE) are Software System Engineers providing infrastructure based services.Their typical primary role is to support Local UBS at Local UBS premises in planning, implementing, using, maintaining, debugging, and upgrading products of defined custoner standard product-families. OSE shall enable Local UBS to have easier access to IBM-lab support for problem determination and submitting of respective information. Upon Local UBS’ request, OSE will track, follow-up, escalate if needed reported defects.
Local customer takes upon request of Local UBS selectively the responsibility to coordinate activities if in addition to customer other suppliers are involved in SW-Problems.
If Local customer has in this regard additional agreements with other suppliers Local customer will inform Local UBS accordingly.
The type of work also includes architecture, engineering, design and implementation tasks, mainly on product level.
It will be focused on engineering, development or daily production support responsibilities.
