Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 1428for an IT Configuration Librarian
Main tasks
- Processing of daily standard tasks
- System deploy / decommissioning
- CI updates (due to changes)
- Reporting
- Ensure daily operation of IT Appl.Environment (Batch processing, scheduler)
- Contribute to process improvements
Responsilities
- She/he administrates the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The main tasks are
to control the receipt, identification, storage, and withdrawal of all supported CIs.
- She/he generates standard reports as well as special reports on request.
- She/he improves the means to steadily improve the quality of the content of the CMDB
(plausibility checks, views for data owners, reporting)
Requirements
- Basic IT education ; Bachelor degree of an University of applied science would be an
advantage.
- 2 years of relevant change or configuration management experience.
- Structured and accurate approach
- Process oriented mind set
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification, preferably ITIL Service Transition would be an advantage
- Knowledge in operation of heterogeneous IT environments
- Understanding of financial services (banking) would be an advantage
- Working experience with HP Service Manager, MS Access and MS SQL would be an
advantage
-Language German and English written and oral
