for a System Engineer ECM Infrastructure
Description
The Temporary System Engineer is supporting the ECM Infrastructure team, which has the mission
to ensure a stable and scalable Enterprise Content Management (ECM) infrastructure. Within this
team the Temporary System Engineer is responsible for the successful transition of operations
tasks from the Customer to a Service Company in the area of ECM Infrastructure. This includes the
editing of knowledge required for the effective operations of the ECM Infrastructure, the generation
of documentation where needed and the management of the knowledge transfer including the
verification about what has been understood.
Main Duties
• Represent the ECM Infrastructure team in the transition stream of the "Selective
Outsourcing" project;
• Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the existing ECM infrastructure
components;
• Create or update technical documentation;
• Create or update process documentation where needed for the transition;
• Manage and check the knowledge transfer from Swiss Re to IBM;
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• English a must, German a plus
• Located close to stakeholders in Zurich.
