Responsibilities:
• Be present during the pre-deployment and pilot phases to validate the technical procedures
• Ensure requirements are captured and documented related to the web tracking tool
• Document the technical procedures for the country deployments
• Conduct knowledge capture and reuse activities
• Organize and lead the hand-over sessions with the local lead technicians
• Manage technical escalations that may arise during the lifecycle of the program
Skills:
• Deployment Solution Architect with depth of multinational if not global PC deployments
• Readiness to work some non standard hours as some limited deployments will be 24*5, 3rd level trouble shooting might be required for a (probably very) limited number of issues
